Quartz Cleaning Tank

Our fused silica quartz cleaning tank is manufactured from high‑purity transparent quartz glass by precision welding and machining. Custom structures such as internal slots, positioning holes, handles and flanges are available to match your unique process requirements.

Quartz tank features high temperature resistance, excellent acid & alkali corrosion resistance and ultra‑low metal contamination. It is widely adopted in semiconductor wafer wet cleaning, PV manufacturing, chemical etching and laboratory wet‑process applications.

The slotted rectangular quartz bath shown in the picture is a custom‑made fixture for holding wafers or optical components during wet cleaning. All dimensions and internal structures can be tailor-made.
