Custom Size Quartz Furnace Tube for Laboratory & Industrial Use

Quartz furnace tubes are made from high-purity quartz sand. They are resistant to high temperatures (up to 1200℃ or higher), have good thermal stability and strong chemical inertness. They are widely used in high-temperature heat treatment in fields such as semiconductors, photovoltaics, and new materials, and are the core components of vacuum furnaces and diffusion furnaces.

Material: High-purity synthetic fused silica (SiO₂ ≥99.99%), low hydroxyl (OH) content (<50ppm)

    Core Advantages

    1. Extreme Temperature Resistance

Boasts a continuous service temperature of up to 1200°C and a short-term maximum of 1400°C, with outstanding thermal shock resistance (-60°C to 1000°C rapid temperature change without cracking), perfect for high-temperature thermal processing.

    1. Ultra-High Chemical Inertness

Nearly inert to most acids, alkalis, and organic reagents (excluding hydrofluoric acid and hot concentrated phosphoric acid), avoiding chemical reactions with processed materials and ensuring zero contamination.

    1. High Purity & Low Impurity

Ultra-low metal impurity content (ppb level) eliminates ion migration and pollution risks, complying with the stringent purity standards of semiconductor, photovoltaic, and laboratory high-precision processes.

    1. Precision Dimensional Control

Strict tolerance control (±0.05mm for inner/outer diameter, ±0.1mm for length) ensures seamless matching with tube furnaces, rotary furnaces, and other heating equipment; smooth inner wall reduces gas flow resistance.

    1. Long Service Life

Excellent mechanical strength at high temperatures, resistant to deformation and aging; anti-crystallization treatment available for long-term use in high-temperature and humid environments.
