Quartz Microchannel Flow Cell

This **Quartz Microchannel Flow Cell** is fabricated from high-purity fused silica. It is precision processed through cutting, polishing, channel grooving and high-temperature fusion welding. Consisting of a base plate with microchannels and a cover plate with inlet/outlet tubes, it forms a sealed fluid channel. Featuring excellent optical transmission, high temperature resistance and chemical corrosion resistance, it serves as a core quartz component for optical detection and fluid reaction experiments. Customization per drawings is available.

This is a **precision-machined high-purity quartz glass component** formed by bonding two specially shaped quartz plates:

- Bottom plate: Features machined fluid channels (flow paths);

- Top plate: Features two welded quartz tubes serving as fluid inlet and outlet ports, along with small alignment holes;

Once bonded and sealed, the two plates form a hermetic fluid channel for liquid or gas flow, while also allowing for optical inspection
